Intro to Olympic Fencing
Curious about fencing? This low-cost introductory class is the perfect opportunity to experience one of the world's oldest and most exciting Olympic sports. Participants will learn the basics of fencing, including safety, footwork, blade work, and simple fencing techniques in a fun and supportive environment.
No experience is necessary, and all equipment is provided. This class is designed for individuals who want to try fencing before enrolling in a longer program or for those simply looking for a unique and active experience.
What to Wear: Warm-up pants or athletic pants, a short-sleeve shirt, and sneakers. Please avoid Crocs or open-toed shoes.
