Mini Makers Pre-K Art Camp

Craft and create while exploring colors, textures and shapes to make fun and exciting projects throughout the week! Campers will indulge in a variety of mediums like painting, drawing, collage and more to create their crafts. Students will also practice essential skills like cutting and gluing to help prepare them for the upcoming school year.

About Instructor: Lori Daugherty
Lori Daugherty is entering her 17th year of teaching and her 5th year at Socrates Academy. She has a passion for chemistry, science, anatomy, and astronomy. This past year, she has completed a second Masters Degree in Education. Her teaching philosophy is, "Learning should be fun, creative, and is often messy!" Summer Camp Cancellation Policy
- If this camp is cancelled by the Town of Matthews prior to the start of the class, participants will receive a 100% refund.

- If this camp is cancelled by the Town of Matthews after it has started, there will be a pro-rated refund minus the number of classes taken.

- If the participant withdraws from the camp more than 2 weeks prior to the beginning of camp, there will be a 100% refund.

- If the participant withdraws from the camp between 7 and 14 days of the beginning of the camp, there will be a 90% refund.

- If the participant withdraws from the camp less than 7 days before the beginning of the camp or after the camp has started, there will be NO REFUND.

- All refunds for participant withdrawals are subject to a $10.00 administrative Fee.
