Breathing Room: A Mental Health Awareness Event

So many of us carry stress without realizing how deeply it resides within us. It shows up in our bodies, our breath, and our thoughts, breeding an overall sense of overwhelm.

But there is a kind of pause that does not pull you away from yourself.
A kind of exhale that helps you return.

Breathing Room: A Mental Health Awareness Event
A grounding experience through breath, sound, and reflection

Breathing Room is a 90-minute community experience designed to help you better understand stress and support your mental well-being through education, breathing practices, sound, journaling, and optional sharing.

This offering is designed to be accessible, grounding, and restorative. You do not need any prior experience with Yoga, breathwork, meditation, or sound healing to participate. Just come as you are and give yourself some breathing room.
